Have you registered the return in the return portal?

Return portal Germany

Return portal Austria

Return portal Switzerland

All you need is your order number and your e-mail address from your order.
Make sure that there are no spaces before or after your order, otherwise your order cannot be found.


If you have already done that, please make sure to check your spam folder as well, since some email providers strictly filter our emails, especially those with attachments.

If you have not received your return documents even in the spam folder, please contact us with your order number, preferably via our contact form.
