I have ordered my item in a store or on another website. Now I have no receipt/invoice anymore!

This is annoying! But please understand that a complaint processing through us is only possible with a proof of purchase in form of an invoice or a receipt. As a rule, the seller is always responsible for complaints.

If you can't find a receipt or invoice, you can contact the seller directly and ask for a new invoice or bleach copy.
