For sustainability reasons, we send all information about your order exclusively by e-mail. This includes not only the order confirmation or the invoice, but also the return documents.
For a free return, you can request a return label via our returns portal:

All you need is your order number and your e-mail address from your order.
Make sure that no spaces have sneaked in before or after it, otherwise your order cannot be found.
As soon as you have registered your return there, you will receive the return documents including return label for the free return from us by e-mail. Please also check your spam folder, as some email providers filter strictly.
