If you did not receive an order confirmation, there can be several reasons.
Have you checked your spam order yet? Maybe your order confirmation has landed there.
Or maybe the bugger simply snuck into your email address? In this case you should contact our customer service. They will change your e-mail address quickly and easily.
Another possibility is that your order process was not completed. This happens, for example, if there were problems with the payment. In this case, too, it is best to contact our customer service so that the matter can be clarified quickly.
You have paid with PayPal, received a transaction confirmation but no order confirmation from us?
- Please check your PayPal account under Activities to see if your payment appears as cancelled.
- Was an invoice number (starting with AMDE.., AMAT.. or AMCH..) generated in the transaction details? If this order number is not listed, then the order was not successful.
In this case, please place the order again. After completion, we will automatically confirm your order by e-mail.
