Haven't received your order yet and want to (partially) cancel it? As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can easily arrange this yourself.

Here's how:

1. Go to the cancellation form.
2. Enter your email address and order number.
3. Select the items you'd like to cancel — your entire order or just part of it.
4. Click "Submit."

You'll receive an immediate confirmation email letting you know we've received your cancellation request. We'll process it as quickly as possible.

Can't we find your order? Then you'll automatically be redirected to a different form, where you can provide a few extra details. Our customer service team will then take care of it personally.

Has your order already been shipped in the meantime? Then your request will automatically be converted into a return request. As soon as it's approved, you'll receive a return label so you can send the item back to us.
