We really hope that your purchase at AMORELIE will meet your expectations, but we’re also happy to accept returns. Do you want to return an item? Then follow the steps below.

Step 1: Check whether your return meets our return requirements

• Please ensure that items you wish to return are undamaged and packaged in the original packaging, if reasonably possible.
• Lingerie may of course be tried on. If the size you ordered does not fit, you are free to return the item.
• We offer an extended return policy of 100 days, except for seasonal merchandise. 
• Seasonal merchandise, such as our AMORELIE Advent calendars or Advent boxes only have a return period of 14 days. 

Step 2: Register your return via our returns platform

For a free return, you can request a return label via our returns portal:

All you need is your order number and your e-mail address from the order.

Make sure that no spaces have sneaked in before or after it, otherwise your order cannot be found.

Step 3: Use the return label

As soon as you have registered your return there, you will receive the return documents including return label for the free return from us by e-mail. Please also check your spam folder, as some email providers filter strictly.

Step 4: Drop off your return at the drop off point

Drop off your return shipment according to the instruction in the return documents. Keep your proof of shipment in a safe place

As soon as we have received your return shipment in good order, you will receive an email from us.
