What can I do if I get an error message during the payment process?

Error messages during the payment process can be frustrating. To solve this as quickly as possible so you can place your order, we kindly ask you to try the following, as this usually solves the problem immediately:

  1. Delete your browser's cookies and cache. You can do this in your browser settings, usually on the Privacy and Security tab. After deleting the cookies and cache, try placing the order again.
  2. Use a different browser or device to place the order.
  3. If possible, choose a different payment method.

If none of these actions solve the problem, please contact us. We will help you the best we can to complete the payment and place the order.
