Warranty conditions

You are offered a voluntary manufacturer's warranty for certain items. You can find out whether your item is covered by the warranty [currently not yet: on the respective product page and] in the instructions for use of your purchased item.

Regarding the conditions for our own brands: We warrant this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the original date of purchase. This is a voluntary guarantee from the manufacturer. Your statutory warranty rights are not restricted by this guarantee.

 

This guarantee does not cover product damage or defects caused by accident, external intervention, improper use, improper care or storage, normal wear and tear or dirt.

 

In the event of a warranty claim, we will replace this product for you free of charge.

 

The invoice, stating the name and address of the purchaser, date of purchase and type of appliance, serves as proof of the warranty claim. Therefore, please keep the invoice.

All you need is your order number and your e-mail address from your order.

Make sure that no spaces have sneaked in before or after it, otherwise your order cannot be found.

 

Once you have registered your return, you will receive all the return documents including the return label for the free return from us by e-mail.
