First Steps

Download the app (only for IOS and Android) ''Amorelie Play''
Open the app (no account is required)
Connect your toy to the app - switch on the toy and click on "Connect a new toy" in the app and then on "My toy is switched on
The toy should now appear in the app (as soon as the toy buzzes briefly, you know that it is connected to the app).

What functions does the app offer?

9 Standard patterns	Swipe left or right to change the pattern. You can use the slider to increase or decrease the intensity. You can press pause at any time.
Free Touch	This allows you to control and determine the intervals and vibration yourself, as well as the intensity and strength. Use the dot to determine the vibration and intervals. You can press pause at any time.
My Highlights	Here you can create your own patterns. It is exactly the same layout as Free Touch but the pattern can then be saved and played back at any time.
Remote control	This allows you to connect with your partner. You can choose between "Giving up control" and "How to use the remote control". You can press pause at any time. Once the session has ended, you cannot re-enter or resume. You must create a new session.
FAQs	Here you will find frequently asked questions.
My nightstand	Here you can view your toys and make changes such as adding or removing new ones. You can also see other toys from the Amorelie range that are compatible with the app.
About this app	Here you will find all information regarding the GDPR regulations or the terms and conditions. You can also find help here.
Battery Life	At the top edge (or in the center in the nightstand) you can see how long your toy will last to avoid an abrupt interruption during a session.

I can't connect my toy

Make sure that your cell phone has the latest updates, as outdated software can affect the app.

Check the app store to see if the app version is up to date.

Make sure that the toy is fully charged.

Otherwise, close the app, restart your phone and reconnect.

How do I switch the toy on?

Press and hold the on/off button for 1 second until you feel a short vibration. This means that your toy is on and in standby mode (it is ready to connect to the app).

How do I activate the travel lock?

To do this, press and hold the on/off button for 2 - 3 seconds until you feel two short vibrations - the travel lock is now activated.

To test this, press the on / off button - a flashing light will light up twice, confirming that the lock is active. Accidental activation is therefore not possible.

To deactivate the travel lock, simply press and hold the on/off button for 2 seconds until you hear two short vibrations - the travel lock is now deactivated.

How long does the Bluetooth connection remain active when not in use or does the toy itself go into standby mode?

The toy switches off after 30 minutes. This applies to all Joy toys.

Can the app be used with any toy from the AMORELIE collection?

No, only the AMORELIE JOY (app) toy collection works with the app.

Can I use two toys at the same time?

No, only one toy can be played at a time. However, you can have more than one toy in the nightstand and switch between them.

How long is the recommended charging time?

Always check the packaging as each toy has a different charging time. Usually between 50 - 70 minutes.

Can you use the toys without an app?

Absolutely! You can enjoy the 9 vibration modes without the app.

Can you connect your music to the app?

No, this is not yet possible but may be in the future.

How can my partner access the standard modes after connecting?

After your partner is connected, he/she can only use the "Free Touch" option, he/she cannot switch to the standard patterns.

How long should it work?

The toy itself has an operating time of 50 minutes. The standby time is 6 months.

I have sent an invitation to my partner but have not received a reply.

Do you both have the latest version of the app?

Are both phones up to date (all updates completed)?

Has your partner also installed the app? The link doesn't work otherwise.

Has the link already expired? Then simply send a new invitation.

Does the app have an age restriction?

Yes, it may only be used by people aged 17 and over. The age rating of the app is 17+ - so you must be at least 17 years old to download the app.

Why does the battery percentage change so much when the app is opened?

There are initial fluctuations while the app is reading the battery data.

Just wait 1 - 2 minutes until the exact battery percentage is displayed.

Is it normal for the battery to drain a lot when the Free Touch function is used?

Yes, the Free Touch function can drain the battery faster than the standard vibration patterns. Make sure your toy is fully charged before using it.
