Would you rather collect your order than have it delivered at home? Then you can choose to have your parcel sent to a pickup point close to you, instead of waiting in for the courier.

Benefits of collecting at a pickup point

• You collect your parcel whenever it suits you
• Many pickup points are also open in the evening
• Your parcel won't be handed to a housemate
• No need to wait at home for the courier

How does it work?

• Choose the pickup point option under "Delivery address"
• Enter your postcode in the search bar
• The map will show you the available pickup points near you
• We'll message you as soon as your order has shipped, and you'll get another message once your parcel is ready to collect

Good to know

• Nothing will be sent to your billing address (not even an invoice)
• Please bring valid photo ID when you collect your parcel (in the UK you'll also need a release code or PIN)
• A pickup point holds your parcel for a limited number of days — see the table below for your country. If it isn't collected in time, it's returned to us

If delivery to your home isn't successful on the first attempt, no worries — the courier will try again, and if that still doesn't work out, your parcel will be taken to the nearest pickup point, where you'll get a message letting you know where and when you can pick it up.
